• Licence data: your licence keys and the website addresses they are activated on.
• Messages: anything you send through the contact form or newsletter sign-up.
• Technical data: basic logs and cookies needed to run the shop, such as cart and login cookies.

2. How we use it

To process orders, issue and validate licence keys, deliver downloads and updates, provide support, send order emails, and (if you subscribe) send occasional product news. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who we share it with

Service providers that help us operate the shop: Stripe for payments, our hosting and email delivery providers, and our licence server. They only receive what they need to do their job.

4. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the cart, checkout and your account. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the shop may stop working.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order and licence records for as long as needed to provide support and meet legal and accounting obligations.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and unsubscribe from emails at any time. Contact us and we’ll help.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
