1. About these terms

This site is operated by BuiltBetter Studio (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms, our licence terms, our refund policy and our privacy policy.

2. Accounts

You need an account to buy, download and manage licence keys. Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe. An order is complete when payment succeeds, at which point your licence key and download become available in your account.

4. Digital delivery

Products are delivered digitally. Download access requires a signed-in account and an active licence key.

5. Refunds

Refunds are available for 7 days from the purchase date under the refund policy. Refunded orders have their licence keys revoked.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site, attempt to bypass licence checks, or share download links or keys with others.

7. Support

Support is provided by email for licence holders during the support period shown on the product page.

8. Liability

Our products are provided as described on their product pages. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
